Biography
Mirzoyev Ulvi Ahad oghlu was born in Baku on August 11, 1976. He studied at the secondary school No. 17 of the Khatai district of Baku. Married, has 2 children.
Education
Ulvi Mirzoyev 1993-1999 – Azerbaijan Medical University, Faculty of General Medicine.
1999-2000 – Internship at the Scientific and Research Institute of Cardiology.
2000-2004 – training in cardiology, medical faculty of the University of Ankara.
2009 – Cleveland Clinic in the USA (Ohio), Optimization of coronary interventions with IVUS (intravascular ultrasound), specialization in TAVI (transcatheter implantation of aortic valve).2011 – Heidelberg University of Germany, specialization in transcatheter renal denervation.
2015-2017 – Hacettepe University, Education on the organization and management of health care

Ulvi Mirzoyev worked at the Istanbul Medical Hospital in 2004-2007.
In 2007-2008, he worked at the Istanbul German Hospital.
In 2008-2015, he worked as a Head of the Cardiology Department at the Central Customs Hospital.
From 2015 to the summer of 2018, he worked at the Grand Hospital.
Since the summer of 2018, he has been the General Director of the Central Hospital of Oil Workers.
